Inquiries and contact forms
When you send an inquiry we process your name, email, project description and where you came from (UTM parameters). We use it only to reply and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep it for at most 3 years after our last contact.
AI price estimate
If you request an estimate, your project description is sent through the OpenAI API, which processes it as our processor and does not use it for model training. Please do not include sensitive personal data.
Client portal
For clients we process data needed to perform the contract: contact and billing details, project communication, contracts and invoices. Passwords are stored only in hashed form and administrator access is protected by two-factor authentication.
Cookie-less analytics
For basic statistics we record the page visited, the referrer and device type — without cookies or IP addresses, using only a random session identifier that disappears when you close the browser (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies and browser storage keep the site running and remember your choice. Analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Sklik) load only after your consent, which you can change at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by our server provider, email services (Seznam.cz, Google), OpenAI and — only with consent — Google and Meta. Transfers outside the EU rely on an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Just email info@maqcode.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
