CB Kolín
A mobile app and website for churches — it started at the Kolín Brethren Church and is now being rolled out to congregations across the Czech Republic. Calendar, service planner, booking and an AI assistant.
Challenge
Announcements, service planning and room booking lived in emails and spreadsheets. The church needed one place every member could use, from teenagers to seniors.
Solution
- Website and iOS/Android app with roles and permissions
- Service planner with swaps, room booking, polls and minutes
- Notification centre and role-based push notifications
- Marabot AI assistant that can operate every feature
Mobile app
Outcome
- Live on the App Store and Google Play, used daily
- Planning and booking without email ping-pong
- Being rolled out to churches across the Czech Republic, each with its own app and website

„The app meets our need to share information across the congregation perfectly. It makes organising, sharing responsibilities and tasks very practical and works with the interactive smart elements in our building, which makes managing it easier. The author also responds quickly to feedback and takes care of maintenance and updates.“
